Nowadays startups are in very much trend. Every one person out of two wants to be an entrepreneur. But it's definitely not an easy to get success on your first go.There are many points to be focused on while you're working on your goal. I'll just list down some points which can help you to know the things you should keep in your mind when you work to achieve your goals.


The Golden Rule:- The very first thing is - come up with an unique idea.

 If you're going to do something that already have done by someone else, your growth would be in horizontal line on graph. Ex. Taxi for sure, snapdeal. But if your idea is unique and no one has had thought to do ever, go and start working on it as soon as possible. The growth over chart would be vertical line. Ex. Facebook, Google.



Hiring a team is the key thing. Hire the best people to work with you. Don't focus on quantity rather focus on quality. 

Your idea is unique and you've hired the best people, now it's time to create a strategy for about couple of week. Remember, in every startups no one is going to achieve success in their first action, and if you get it then it will not last longer. Just do trial and error method for first two weeks to know how your plan is going to in action. Schedule regular meeting with your expert employees to know them everytime you are going to implement any of your ideas those you think gonna work for you. Just do trial and error method.



Now for next couple of weeks you'll be generating some revenue if you've successfully learned which thing is going to work for you.

Create new job vacancies to decrease work load on others and of course from yourself, hire them accordingly. Get yourself free from working on main part of product within an year and just now focus on business development. Your team will give you a quality work now.
Congratulations, if everything is going good for more three months, you're now an emerging entrepreneur.



Additional Tips:

Get your work scheduled by dividing them in six days for a week. Ex. Some work should be completed on Monday only.

Hire personal assistant when you start to forget small small things. This is nature and surely will happen with you.
Keep working environment friendly until the work quality goes down by any of the employees.

Learn to say No and learn how to fire any employees with respect those are not serious with their work and your vision.
Hire HR when you reach team of 10 Employees.

Create new job vacancy and hire an expert for the same when you find some of your work is troublesome for you.

Meet people those are in same business as yours once a week. It will really going to improve your business on faster track.

At last, learn from your failures. Never give up. If something is not working in the same way as it supposed to work, change them and resolve every problems and loop holes of your business. You'll achieve success in very short period of time.
